Shereen Singh,Founder and Managing Director of Medi-Mentor, brings 19 years of diverse nursing experience to the development of our clinical VR training modules. Having worked in busy, high-pressure healthcare settings, Shereen understands first hand challenges clinicians face daily and the need for continuous, realistic practice to ensure safety and confidence in their work.
Her journey began as a ward nurse, and over the years, she took on roles such as Quality Manager, Education Manager, Clinical Director, and General Manager. these roles not only strengthened her leadership but deepened her passion for helping clinicians excel. She saw how high-quality training directly impacted patient outcomes, inspiring her to create Medi-Mentor.
Shereen’s goal is simple yet powerful: to provide clinicians with a realistic, immersive environment where they can practice critical skills without risk. Her dedication to quality care and clinician empowerment is at the heart of everything Medi-Mentor stands for.
Bobby, Medi-Mentor’s information technology manager, brings 25 years of experience in IT with a focus on healthcare improvements. his passion lies in using technology to make a meaningful difference in patient care.
Throughout his career, Bobby has held roles dedicated to enhancing healthcare systems and driving positive change for clinicians and patients alike.
